Fives farm started with a few feeder pigs raised to provide home raised quality meat for our family. After a year or so our daughter expressed interest in breeding and raising pigs to show in 4H. We purchased show pigs and she showed in the Frederick fair and state fair and after a year or two we wanted to try and compete at a higher level so we carefully selected foundation sows from all over the United States to breed to some of the best boars in the country. It is from there that Fives Farm was started. We continue to breed only from proven genetic lines to provide the best quality show pigs that we can.
